The pleasure of food was a great discovery for me. It gave color and warmth to my life, allowing me to keep the Memory of “someone” and “something” that today is my strenght.
It guided me on a pleasant path of “open mind” during which I realized who and what I wanted to be when I grew up.
After working for 12 years in the insurance sector in Florence, I decided to change course and dedicate my life to cooking and food.
I went back to studying and started paying my dues in luxury hotels and in various starred and non-starred restaurants. Today I am a Chef at home.
My philosophy
Cooking is the means by which I can travel, get to know and tell, express my passion.
Through Taste and respect for the raw material, I try to enhance what is beautiful and surprising in the simplest and most common gesture for everyone.
As a Chef at Home I have the possibility to bring the hedonistic side of food without filters and directly to my diners.
For me, food is sharing and sharing is conviviality: humanity on the plate is my first ingredient.
